BIOGRAPHY

Dr Arif qualified in medicine from the University of Southampton in 2010. She pursued her interest in tropical medicine and completed the Diploma of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in 2012 and then completed a Global Health Fellowship at the University of Keele in 2017. She has been involved in several volunteer projects in developing countries, including Kenya, Panama and Sri Lanka.

Dr Arif completed her GP training at University College London in 2018 and has been working as a GP in London since then. She also has an interest in skin health and completed her aesthetics training in 2016 focusing on skin health and rejuvenation. She set up her own aesthetics clinic treating skin conditions like acne, rosacea and pigmentation as well as anti-ageing treatments.

Dr Arif continues to work as an NHS GP alongside working as a private GP and as an aesthetics doctor in her private clinic. She also does some work offering IV therapies in the long COVID and Lyme clinic with Dr Qian at the London Lauriston Clinic.
