BIOGRAPHY

Dr Nemanja Stojanovic is a renowned consultant for his speciality of endocrinology, diabetes and general medicine and he is a provider of care of the highest standard for many conditions. He is an expert in all aspects of his field and his specialist interests include, but are certainly not limited to, thyroid disorders, type 1 and 2 diabetes, pituitary disease, adrenal tumours, adrenal disease, and obesity.

Furthermore, he has specialist experience in testosterone replacement and erectile dysfunction. He also has leading expertise in the treatment of women’s Hyperprolactinemia.

Dr Stojanovic’s leading expertise has brought him to be involved in the management of several services (diabetes, endocrine pathology during pregnancy and endocrine and neuroendocrine conditions) for Essex. He has also been a main participant in the development of the endocrine service in the BHR Hospitals NHS Trust.

As well as treating his patients and being involved in the development of medical services, he contributes to his field by means of research for conditions such as pituitary disease, gestational diabetes and insulin resistance. His scientific research has been published in a number of globally renowned medical journals including JCEM, Diabetologia and Gynaecological Endocrinology.

When it comes to patients’ treatment, Dr Stojanovic is a firm believer in allowing his patients to be fully informed about their choices and is dedicated to ensuring his patients have support from all angles.
