BIOGRAPHY

Mr Gurpreet Saab Bhermi is a leading consultant ophthalmologist at the world-renowned Moorfields Eye Hospital and specialises in cataract surgery, including multifocal lens implants and PRELEX surgery for presbyopia. He is also an expert in glaucoma specialising in early detection, medical management, laser treatments for glaucoma and surgical treatments including MIGS (Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery), conventional surgery and glaucoma Tube Implants.

Mr Bhermi graduated from the University of Dundee Medical School in 1990 and undertook his core ophthalmic training at Moorfields Eye Hospital, The Western Eye Hospital, St Thomas’ and King’s College Hospitals in London.

Mr Bhermi has carried out over 15,000 cataract operations and achieved very satisfactory outcomes and high patient satisfaction scores for virtually all of his patients.
